Chicago Executive Chef Johnny Anderes has created the following dish to enjoy during this year’s James Beard Eats Week:
Spaghetti All’Amatriciana | pancetta, tomato, pecorino, parmesan, red wine & dandelion greens
The dish will be available for $18 during the week of April 21 to May 1.
